This Progressive Relaxation Session was part of a 3 Day Strive to Thrive Program for LMHF (Labor Management Health Fund) at the Biggest Loser Resort/ Beaver Hollow Conference Center in Java, NY.

Join us as we learn the skills  of relaxation, so that we may access them when or wherever they may be needed. 

Using guided relaxation, stretching, breathing, guided imagery, and of course inspirational musings by yours truly :) Michael Gamble.

Come for the relief, stay for the laughs, let this be your guide anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious. burdened etc. You deserve the rest, whether you have 30 min or an hour, in the morning, afternoon, or night.
