  • Quick, creative, meditative visualization techniques to help quickly achieve a relaxed, refreshed, and creative state of mind.
  • Advice on good health and nutrition to create the right foundation to build your new reduced-stress lifestyle.

YogaWalk Creativity & Innovation half day Walk-shop
 

Our Walk-shop is a movement based workshop. The process of corrective walking circulates oxygen throughout the body, which not only energizes your learning and creative experience, but also helps with functionality.  We look to correct imbalances within your posture and stride.

  • Walk your talk! Put your life in motion.
  • Connect with the inspiring, positive energy of the brain through deep cleansing breath-work and, of course, walking.
  •  Learn to make conscious, healthy choices, take creative chances, and begin to shift your paradigms. 

 

These workshops focus on accessing creative energy through a combination of breath work, meditation, yoga poses, as well as walking activities that spark creative intelligence.

Sessions are held up to 2 times a week, can be customized  and scheduled to address your company’s needs. Early mornings, lunchtime and even after the workday, classes are for all levels of yoga and fitness practitioners.  We will bring the knowledge, materials, and positive attitude, all you have to do is provide the space, it’s that simple.
