The Plan?

Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit broken pieces together.” ~ B.K.S Iyengar

 

Whether you would like to develop a home practice, or therapeutically work to overcome injury,disease, & self-defeating behaviors. You will engage in mindful, person-centered techniques, that will help you effectively and compassionately manage your stress levels. You will learn methods to mindfully alleviate physical tensions, reduce toxic habits and develop proper breathing, while sustaining a rich and healthy quality of life.  

 

We will also use the subsequent six areas of healthcare and lifestyle, to empower  you to become an advocate for the healthiest you.
